Job Description:
Manager or individual contributor responsible for centralized functions and driving strategic initiatives across the business. Influences global strategy for the business, builds strong relationships and serves as key a contact for clients, regulators and business partners. Coordinates and assigns responsibilities and delegates to team. Leads talent management and development.
Core responsibilities include supporting/managing various IPV processes which include the calculation & reporting of variances/ Pruval AVAs/Valuation Uncertainty Ranges; Performing oversight across P&L reporting and balance sheet processes which include substantiation/review/flux analysis etc.; Facilitating adhoc/ audit requests working with the team; Overseeing various month-end closing processes/reconciliations as well as reviewing quarterly accounting disclosures; Supporting & leading various strategic initiatives across CPM (Corporate Performance Management) while continually working to optimize/enhance processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
