Program Manager, Senior

Your Role

The Medicare Program Manager, Senior is a member of the Medicare team. The Medicare team works with internal and external partners to optimize the Medicare Star/Quality performance, Risk Adjustment score/revenue, and reduce high cost of healthcare. The Medicare Program Manager, Senior will report to the Medicare Medical Director. In this role you will analyze and track medical groups’ Medicare performance metrics; track deliverables, and hold stakeholders accountable for completion; help the Medicare Medical Directors develop, implement, and track innovative programs to improve Medicare performances.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience in Quality and/or Risk Adjustment programs
• Previous project or program management experience required
• Data analytical skills and experience required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Some health plan and/or medical group experience preferred

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 87230.00 to $ 130900.00 for California.
