We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Analysis to join our BNY R&C Strategy team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA in a Hybrid work environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst/AI & ML Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to our projects.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered. 7 years total is preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
