Provides highest level of business expertise and consultation to the business in order to meet department, cross-department and enterprise-wide goals. Along with the Senior Director Program Manager-Governance, accountable for monitoring the enterprise portfolio and highlighting risks, watchpoints, and tradeoffs within and across Investable Structures for review. Includes managing multiple different projects within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Group (EPMG) as needed.

Critically reviews Investable Structure Reports for execution risks, watchpoints, tradeoffs, and metrics status, along with reviews of planning packets.

Supports development of agendas and prepares materials for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Committee & related Subcommittees (EPMC) and, as needed, Quarterly Business Review (QBR).

Supports preparation of summaries related to outcomes and decisions from EPMC and, as needed, QBR.

Supports EPMC and, as needed, QBR meeting preparation and execution. Responsible for program management across governance activities.

Develops communication plan and prepares communications related to EPMC and, as needed, QBR.

Responsible for documenting and executing on changes within the enterprise portfolio and Investable Structures.

Drives for clarity on program objectives, priorities, and measures. Develops solutions/recommendations to unique and complex problems and ensures program solutions are consistent with organizational objectives. Identifies, assess, and mitigates program risks and issues and removes impediments.

Develops strong relationships with business clients to manage program expectations and implementation.

Makes connections across teams and workstreams to drive identification and facilitation of inter-dependencies.

Responsible for gathering and delivering metrics required by the program. Uses data to make successes and challenges visible, and to drive insights and action plans to continually adjust and pursue program goals.

Applies extensive business acumen in depth and breadth of industry, and company initiatives, product complexities, to incorporate knowledge into program objectives.

Uses extensive knowledge of business requirements to understand the key business drivers as they relate to the programs. Conduct complex analysis to identify the scope and nature of program deliverables; programs are intended to solve a department or business need.

Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in, Business, Project Management or a related field preferred OR a significant amount of directly related work experience beyond the minimum required for the position

Minimum 7 years of related experience.
