The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. As a Consulting Engagement Leader, you will play a key role as a senior-level delivery lead for an Enterprise client headquartered in South Florida. A Consulting Engagement Leader is a professional who takes primary responsibility for managing and delivering client projects, acting as the primary point of contact, leading project teams, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring successful client outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle, often working closely with senior partners to build and maintain client relationships.
Key responsibilities of a Consulting Engagement Leader:
Client Relationship Management
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs, and proactively managing expectations.
Project Leadership
· Overseeing all aspects of multiple consulting projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Management
· Leading and developing cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
Solution Design
· Analyzing client challenges, identifying opportunities, and designing tailored solutions based on industry best practices and expertise.
Problem Solving
· Identifying and resolving complex issues that may arise during engagements, adapting strategies as needed to overcome challenges.
Communication and Reporting
· Regularly communicating project progress to clients, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Business Development
· Contributing to new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, participating in proposal development, and leveraging existing client relationships.

Required Skills and Experience
· Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management
· Demonstrable ability to build relationships with senior executives
· Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
· Effective financial acumen with experience in revenue growth and managing margins
· Experience supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
· Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
- Practical experience delivering complex IT Solutions that solve business problems
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California:$128,400 to $266,040
Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880
New York City: $140,040 to $266,040
Washington: $128,400 to $243,960
Washington DC:$128,400 to $243,960
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
