We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Enterprise Architect to join our Architecture Hub team. This role is located in either Lake Mary, Fl or Pittsburgh, PA – [3-4 days in Office].
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Researches and implements architecture designs and patterns to improve the company's advantage in the marketplace
- Works with the enterprise business architects, application architects, database architects and technology architects for deploying technology solutions
- Strategizes and contributes to enterprise level technological initiatives on architecture and design
- Defines solution architecture for domain-specific initiatives
- Leads research, definition and implementation of architecture governance and design disciplines for business solutions
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- Advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in technology and architecture roles required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
- People Leadership requirement: Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
