Job Summary
The Sr Project Manager is responsible for managing large and complex technical projects, leveraging project management best practices to drive continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The Sr Project Manager is expected to weigh the interests of multiple stakeholders, act with the highest professionalism and exercise independent judgment and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
•
Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and large complex projects with multiple work streams
•
Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects
•
Understands and manages key project financial components to ensure projects are delivered within budget
•
Ability to create in depth Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with interdependencies and a defined critical path
•
Develops and executes an efficient internal and external communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team
•
Builds and strengthens relationships with the customer and stakeholders (internal and external)
•
Responsible for creation and maintenance of resource plans ensuring effective resource allocation and distribution across portfolio of projects
•
Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction
•
Minimizes our exposure and risk across multiple projects
•
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
•
Manages and analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects
•
Utilize project management tools and techniques to improve execution and drive efficiencies.

A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field

Other Work Experience
Minimum five years of Project Management experience in a Professional Services environment, leading complex Information Technology projects is required.
PMP or Prince 2 certification is preferred
Ideally from a Consultancy or leading systems Integrator background with different end Clients
Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security and Collaboration (Unified Communications) Project Management experience is preferred
Proven experience with people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
Experience in effectively influencing and leading personnel and the ability to write business reports in a well-organized manner
Must be and EU Citizen and eligible to live and work in the UK. Travel to customer site outside London and US maybe required
