Your Role

The Communications and Corporate Citizenship team is responsible for employee, media, employee giving and climate and sustainability. The Program Manager, Principal will report to the VP, Communications and Corporate Citizenship. In this role you will apply program management expertise to support the Corporate Communications teams with successful execution of initiatives and programs; this will include thought partnership, implementation planning, and milestone tracking and reporting This role will provide support for strategic initiatives that span both the Office of the COO and CEO. The Program Manager, Principal will lead the effort to centralize insights and data gathered from advisory councils across the enterprise and ensure information is communicated to appropriate teams for practical application. This role will be instrumental in organization and content preparation for Board of Directors meetings

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires experience developing process and initiative analysis and setting and monitoring operational and project key performance indicators
  • Requires experience developing and delivering executive presentations
  • Requires demonstrated experience navigating multiple and varied stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Requires strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with proven ability to influence internal/ external constituents
  • Requires one to be a strategic thinker with end-to-end view who has an eye for detail, is organized, and can manage multiple programs simultaneously. Ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the business leader and other constituents, both internal and external
  • Master’s degree preferred
