Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes the strategy and roadmap for the I&O organization.
  • Develops, controls, and owns the I&O global budget.
  • Responsible for the lifecycle management of global infrastructure.
  • Builds best in class ITSM practices to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Develops, monitors and delivers monthly metrics to execute on commitments.
  • Increases visibility of the technology landscape and its associated risk.
  • Supports the transformational activities of the team and the company’s product roadmap in a dynamic environment.
  • Builds an end user strategy that secures our assets and optimizes our spend.
  • Build and maintains relationships with technology leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs.
  • Identifies gaps and hires, develops, and retains a high-performing and diverse team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position manages employees and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees.

Travel Requirements

Travel Requirements: Less than 25%

Education

Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Information Systems/Technology related field of study

Preferred Graduate Degree Information Systems/Technology related field of study

Minimum Years of Experience

5 years experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an I&O vision and plan that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy.
  • Ability and experience presenting at the executive level.
  • Extensive Data Center solutions and Management experience.
  • IT budgeting and financial management.
  • Strong vendor management and partner relation skills.
  • Ability to understand and negotiate contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic people plan that ensures the right people are in the right roles to be successful, engaged, and happy.
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the value of IT.
