Areas of focus will include:

Value Creation

  • Build trust-based relationships with Customers, Client Executives and extended team members
  • Become the Trusted Technical Advisor to the customer and bring the customer Point of View to all internal WWT discussions.
  • Engage in strategic discussions with Sales and the Delivery organization to increase win rates and capitalize on strategic opportunities.
  • Help Develop complex/transformational solution opportunities to grow the footprint
  • Achieve financial metrics
  • Bring innovation to serve WWT’s clients and increase awareness of WWT’s brand

Business Operations

  • Actively manage the solutions portfolio through successful Delivery
  • Create and update consistent reporting across all Solutions to accurately represent the business and provide valuable insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies across projects, processes and tools (e.g., leverage standard processes and template for Proposals, SOW, etc.) – Cross-Sell/Up-sell/Change order opportunities

People Developer

  • Coach and mentor team members across the organizational team to increase skills, broaden viewpoints and differentiat.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Join forces with Account Management, Services Sales Leads and the SC&E /TD&E Organizations with priority opportunities for improved teaming and increased visibility.

The Technology Services Lead should possess the following required skills:

  1. Work & Industry Experience: Candidates should have 15 – 20 years of solution and delivery experience including work within a complex technical organization. Preferably experience supporting a Financial Services industry vertical.
  2. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Technology Management is preferred.
  3. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results. Ability to lead cross-functional and technology teams.
  4. Client Focused, Results-Oriented: A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high-quality results. Goal-driven mindset with a track record of driving successful customer outcomes.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of integrated technology solutions at scale. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to align strategies with business goals.
  6. Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations and the ability to align solutions with market competitiveness. Familiarity with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  7. Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with integrated technology solutions, emerging technologies, and their application in a consulting environment. Gain an intimate understanding of the client’s environment.
  8. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work across a matrixed organization with Sales Leads, Solutions Teams, Management Consulting, Engineering Teams, and the Operations team. Effective communication skills to facilitate discussions, build partnerships, and present information clearly and concisely. Ensure Customer facing documents and reports are accurate, timely and well articulated.
  9. Adaptability and Flexibility: The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  10. Professionalism and Ethics: Upholding professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making.

  • Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of base salary range. Total compensation for this role includes a base plus commission. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $175,000-225,000 + commissions. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
