The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.
As a Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
This role will also be leading the overall client engagement and delivering high quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Working in a transaction environment which may be pre or post deal, planning post deal implementation, and ultimately supporting execution. Partners will be focused on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact and leadership.
As a partner in Hybrid cloud strategy for healthcare enterprises, you will be responsible for leading a Healthcare Payer or Provider organization through the complex journey of modernizing their IT infrastructure, applications, and operations. This consulting role requires expertise in large-scale cloud programs, particularly Azure, and a strong background in healthcare industry trends to drive revenue and signings for Kyndryl.
Drive Financial Outcomes
Set aggressive yet achievable signings and revenue targets, tracking progress regularly
Develop a robust pipeline of business development opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and projects
Carefully scope engagements and negotiate fees to ensure profitability while managing risk
Grow backlog through long-term client relationships and multi-phase projects
Drive Cloud enabled Business Transformation
Architect and lead "starburst" consulting engagements, demonstrating rapid value through focused cloud landing zone implementations
Lead team of consultants to profile workloads to identify fit-for-purpose platform solutions to drive cloud adoption
Leverage deep expertise in large-scale cloud programs, with a particular emphasis on Azure, to accelerate clients' digital transformation journeys
Design and implement sophisticated hybrid cloud solutions, optimizing the balance between private and public cloud infrastructures
Stay at the forefront of cloud technologies, continuously integrating cutting-edge practices into client solutions
Orchestrate complex, multi-faceted Cloud migration and modernization programs for F500 clients
Develop comprehensive roadmaps for infrastructure modernization and developer enablement
Guide clients through the security implications of cloud design decisions
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programs, while helping project teams navigate challenges and mitigate risks
Drive Strategic Client Partnerships
Lead high-stakes client interactions with confidence, articulating complex solutions that address critical business challenges

Required Skills and Experience
12+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or a related field
7+ years in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing large-scale client engagements
5+ years in selling, architecting or implementing solutions with OpenShift, Ansible, VMWare, and Azure Stack or similar technologies.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining C-level relationships
Deep healthcare industry knowledge and ability to capitalize on digital transformation opportunities
Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation programs
Expertise in infrastructure modernization and cloud migration, especially Azure
Strong financial acumen and business development track record
Competency in identifying and pursuing high value business development opportunities
Experience in developing compelling proposals and leading strategic, multi-disciplinary sales pursuits.
Ability to build high-performing teams and drive innovation
Knowledge of CI/CD, Automated Testing, IDEs, and other Developer Experience related tools.
Experience working with application development teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Skills and Certifications
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $151,560 to $272,760 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $166,680 to $327,240
Colorado: $151,560 to $272,760
New York City: $181,800 to $327,240
Washington: $166,680 to $300,120
Washington DC: $166,680 to $300,120
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
