This position is 100% remote anywhere in the United States

Do you want to lead a team at the forefront of network monitoring innovation? At Kyndryl, our Network Services team is looking for a skilled and motivated Network Monitoring Team Lead to oversee the performance, reliability, and evolution of our enterprise monitoring systems.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of engineers supporting Network Monitoring Systems (NMS), ensuring visibility and uptime across complex environments. You’ll work with advanced tools like Broadcom DX Suite, IBM SevOne, and AIOps to deliver real-time insights and proactive performance management.

You’ll also collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to maintain a highly available network infrastructure, while mentoring your team and driving daily operations to successful outcomes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in network support, configuration, and implementation
  • Strong background in switching, routing, and firewalls
  • Experience with SNMP polling/traps, flow analysis, and API-based monitoring
  • Proficiency with NMS tools:
    • Broadcom DX Spectrum, PM, PC, VNA, NFA
    • IBM SevOne and AIOps
  • Ability to manage multiple IT projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience with Cisco Network Technologies and data center environments
  • Familiarity with SDN and large-scale network design
  • Knowledge of protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and vPC

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $96,840 to 183,240 based on a full-time schedule.  

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: 

California:$106,080 to $219,840

Colorado: $96,480 to $183,240

New York City: $115,680 to$ 219,840

Washington: $106,080 to $201,480

Washington DC:$106,080 to $201,480

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
